We really enjoyed our stay ! The house and location is the perfect getaway - close to all you would want to do in the Umbria area. Be advised it is advertised as a 4 bedroom, however there is an extra charge for the 4th bedroom. I would review the heating / ac costs ahead of time so you are prepared for extra charges. The owner is helpful and reachable for any questions .
