Located on the fourth and top floor of an ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Trastevere without a lift, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Janiculum, the monumental fountain of the Acqua Paola and the Dome of San Pietro.
Trastevere is also known for its lively nightlife and for hosting the largest flea market in Rome (Portaportese). Trastevere represents the old popular soul of the Capitoline city.
Safe neighborhood both day and night, from here in a few minutes you can reach the most suggestive places of the city. To underline the beautiful walk along the Gianicolo hill (adjacent to the Bonatico Garden) with the view over the city. Crossing the pedestrian bridge of Ponte Sisto you reach via Giulia, Piazza Farnese, Campo de ’Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. In short, you get lost in the streets of this inimitable eternal city.
The apartment consists of 1 kitchen, sitting room with staircase to reach the terrace, 1 bedroom with a comfortable desk designed by the Swedish designer Jocabsen, 1 walk-in closet and 1 bathroom with shower.
Once at home you will find a vademecum on the rules of the house and the separate collection in Rome and of course the House Keys!

Great place in the middle of everything in Trastevere. Bedroom facing quiet and beautiful backyard. Roof top terrace with wonderful view and green plants. Well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully decorated apartment. I spent three days alone, resting and enjoying the neighborhood by foot. Thank you for having me, I am forever grateful for the lovely experience of staying at your place. Spent a lot of time there!

’appartement de Mario est très charmant et très original. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il y a une terrasse magique avec vue sur les toits de Rome et on y sent comme à la maison car il est parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal , au coeur du très animé Trasvetere, avec au pied de l’appartement un grand choix de restaurants et de bars La proximité des sites touristiques à quelques minutes à pied est aussi un grand avantage. Le service pick up avec chauffeur aéroport/maison proposé par Mario est ultra appréciable. Je recommande !

Mario’s apartment is right in the middle of everything you could hope for in Rome, steps from the best restaurants in Trastavere and a short walk across the bridge to the sights. I loved staying in a slightly less touristy neighborhood but still having close access to everything. I arrived later on a Friday evening and the street was loud and boisterous, but the apartment windows mainly fave the courtyard so it was very peaceful. The apartment is lovely and well equipped and the rooftop views are stunning. Mario was super responsive and flexible and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely apartment (well designed plus a big terrace perfect for morning coffee and aperitivo at the end of a long day of exploring). You immediately feel at home. Washing machine is a plus if you’re traveling for a longer time. In a great location in the middle of the beautiful Trastevere neighborhood. Communication with Mario was easy and smooth.
